  • Are group rates available?

  • No, our rates are based on groups as the majority of our guests attend the shows in groups.

  • How do I make a reservation for a group of 15 or more guests?

  • When booking a group of 15 or more, please call 208-538-7337 ext. 1. We know that changes are likely when you are working with a group, so we want to make it more personal and easier for you to make those changes. The reservation must be held with a Visa or MasterCard and the group may have only one contact. Final payment is due upon check-in. For the purpose of a timely check-in, all groups of 10 or more must pay with one check. Two weeks prior to the reserved evening, please call with guaranteed numbers and menu selections (if booking with less than two weeks, please specify menu selections upon making the reservation). Any changes to the reservation must be made 48 hours prior to the reserved date or guests will be charged the full price of admission. No refunds or exchanges will be granted within 48 hours of the scheduled show. NO EXCEPTIONS. Upon request, we would be happy to invoice 48 hours in advance. If you are arriving by motor coach, the driver will receive complimentary admission.

  • Can I book an exclusive event?

  • We are happy to accommodate exclusive events. We host many company parties, class reunions, retreats and picnics. Prices are quoted based on number of guests, food selection, entertainment and date. Call for information on your options.

  • What do I need to have with me when I make my reservation?

    1. The number of people in your party separated into: adults and children* (4-12yrs) as well as the number of children under 3 who are not taking a plate.
    2. A Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date , cvv (verification) code, and billing zip code
    3. Menu selections for each guest

  • What is the cancellation policy?

  • Any changes or cancellations to the reservation must be made 48 hours prior to the reserved date or guests will be charged the full price of the tickets. No refunds or exchanges will be granted within 48 hours of the scheduled show. No exceptions. If for any reason we need to cancel a show, you will receive a full refund.

  • Can I reserve the day of the show?

  • Online dinner tickets go off sale at 10:00am on the day of the show. This does not mean that you can't make dinner reservations after 10:00am if there is room available, you just can't do it online. Call our office at (208) 538-7337 and we will be happy to make your reservation if space is available.

  • How should I dress?

  • Summer: Long pants and a light jacket are both recommended. Summer evenings in Idaho usually cool off. Winter: Dress in layers because it will be cozy inside. Be sure to bring gloves and hats. There are a few wool blankets available on the sleighs; however you are welcome to bring your own.

  • Can I be seated with another party who is planning to attend?

  • Yes, please specify the name when making the reservation. Seating is based on number of guests in the party and when the party was booked.

  • Is this appropriate for children?

  • Children of all ages enjoy the show. Due to the nature of our business, livestock and the proximity of the Snake River, we ask that children are never left unattended. We ask that parents be courteous to fellow guests by being mindful of fussy children. Children ages 3 and under are admitted at no charge as long as they are not taking a plate. If you intend for them to have their own plate, please reserve them as a "child" and specify a menu selection as we cook to order for each guest.

  • Handling Fee

  • One $4 handling fee will be added per order, not per ticket. Sales tax will also be added to the prices above.
